National Reserve Corporation to buy nine ERJ145LRs

The Russian financial holding National Reserve Corporation (NRC) is purchasing nine regional Embraer ERJ145LRs. The aircraft under consideration are manufactured in 2005-2007 and were previously operated by Chinese carrier China Eastern Airlines. The Russian Aviation Insider was told about the transaction on the sidelines of the Wings of the Future Forum. NRC has confirmed the information.

NRC is up to lease or transfer ownership of the aircraft to carriers in Russia and former Soviet republics. The company has already conducted negotiations with potential clients, however, for now it does not reveal any names.

So far, the only airline in Russia to have ERJ145 fleet experience is Komiaviatrans. The carrier reported earlier it was satisfied with the aircraft performance.
