Aeroflot triumphs at Skyway Service Award 2017

Aeroflot has been awarded in four nominations of the prestigious Skyway Service Award 2017. The award ceremony was held at IVth National Aviation Infrastructure Show (NAIS 2017).

Skyway Service Award is the only annual industry award recognizing Russian and foreign airlines for best service and loyalty programs based on passenger reviews. This year Aeroflot triumphed in the following nominations:

• Best Russian Airline Business Class, scheduled international services;
• Best Russian Airline Business Class, scheduled domestic services;
• Best Russian Airline Economy Class, scheduled international services;
• Best In-flight Duty Free — Russian airlines.

Top-tier industry officials, decision-makers and key aviation business figures attended the event.

Aeroflot has repeatedly gained top positions in leading service evaluation ratings and accolades. Last year Aeroflot was awarded Four Star Airline status by Skytrax and was also named Best Airline in Eastern Europe for the fifth time at the Skytrax World Airline Awards. Aeroflot won the landmark Best Airline in Russia and CIS and Best Business Class on Mid-haul Flights nominations from Business Traveller Russia and CIS Awards as well as becoming top-performer in Best Travel Media’s Best Economy Class 2016.
