Lithuania’s AviaAM Leasing delivers two Airbus A321s to Bamboo Airways

Bamboo Airways Bamboo Airways will operate three A321s under eight-year lease agreement

AviaAM Leasing, a Lithuanian company engaged in aircraft leasing and trading services has, on 21st and 31st of October, delivered two Airbus A321 aircraft to Bamboo Airways, following the signing of a long-term lease agreement for three of the type with the Vietnamese start-up carrier.

According to the contract, prior to the delivery and with the support of the Kaunas, Lithuania-based MRO specialist FL Technics, all three A321s have been reconfigured and Bamboo Airways will operate them under an eight-year dry-lease agreement. Delivery of the third aircraft is scheduled in November.

AviaAM Leasing and FL Technics are both part of the Avia Solutions Group. “We are delighted to start this cooperation with our first client in Vietnam… and we are pleased to support the airline’s ambitious plan of becoming the first five-star airline in the country,” says Tadas Goberis, chairman and chief executive of AviaAM Leasing.

Bamboo Airways, is a Vietnamese full-service airline owned by the FLC Group. The Hanoi-headquartered carrier started operations in January 2019.
