aeroflot press-release

Aeroflot began selling tickets for flights to and from London Gatwick, the airline’s second destination in the UK. The flights begin operating on November 15.

Flight SU2588 will depart Moscow’s Sheremetyevo International Airport (SVO) at 1315 local time (1330 local time on Sundays), arriving at Gatwick at 1430 local time (1445 local time on Sundays). The return flight SU2589 departs London Gatwick (LGW) at 1610 local time (1700 local time on Sundays), and arrives in Moscow at 2250 local time (2340 local time on Sundays).

Flights to and from Gatwick give passengers additional options for getting into and out of London and the south-east of England. Russia’s flag carrier this winter also adds additional service from Moscow to Heathrow, bringing the total number of flights per week to and from the airport to 25.
